6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant us a licence to process such content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your order form or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prachyo Solutions Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
