Reach your customers in bulk
One campaign screen in your portal for email, WhatsApp and SMS. Everything is prepaid, and a campaign stops when its balance runs out, so there is never a surprise bill.
Email campaigns
Included in every plan with a monthly allowance. Send to a list or segment, with unsubscribe links and delivery results. Need more? Extra emails are ৳0.05 each, prepaid (৳500 per 10,000).
WhatsApp campaigns
Add-on: ৳1,500 a month. Broadcast pre-approved message templates to customers who opted in, through the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp’s own per-message charges are billed separately by WhatsApp.
SMS campaigns
Add-on: ৳500 a month plus ৳0.55 per SMS (৳0.75 with your own sender name). Bulk SMS to your customer list with delivery reports. Prepaid balance.
Long messages and Bangla text use more than one SMS part. All campaign balances are prepaid and top-ups are invoiced in BDT. Ask us to switch on an add-on.
Pricing questions
How is pricing charged?
Each plan has a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup fee, payable in advance. Your offer states the exact terms. Extra usage can be added with add-on packs.
What happens if I use more than my plan includes?
You can buy add-on packs for replies, images and videos, or move to a higher plan. Nothing is silently charged.
How does onboarding work?
You sign up, choose a plan and we set up your workspace: your industry, catalog, knowledge base and channels. The one-time setup fee covers this. You can see a sample of the portal in our live demo before you decide.
Does it act without my permission?
No. Every action that touches your customers, money or data waits for your approval. You see exactly what Genie plans to do, then you approve, edit or reject it.
